By accessing mytradeloop you agree to these terms. If you are using the service for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What mytradeloop provides

mytradeloop is a trade network for the medical sector. It lets buyers discover manufacturers, distributors, and the products they supply, organised by clinical area, category, and specialty.

We are not a party to any transaction between you and a listed company. We do not sell the products shown, hold stock, process orders, or handle payments between buyers and suppliers.

Accounts

Some features require an account. Provide accurate details, keep your password confidential, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

Access limits

Visitors who are not signed in may view a limited number of catalog pages before being asked to sign in or create an account. We may adjust these limits, and we may apply rate limits to protect the service.

Acceptable use

You may browse and use mytradeloop for genuine business research. You may not scrape, crawl, harvest, or otherwise extract the catalog in bulk, whether by automated means or manually, and you may not resell or redistribute our data.

Catalog content comes from suppliers and public sources. We work to keep it accurate but we do not warrant that any listing, specification, certification, price, or availability is complete or current.

Always verify product specifications, regulatory status, and supplier credentials directly with the company before purchasing. Nothing on mytradeloop is medical, clinical, or regulatory advice.

Company listings

If you submit or manage a listing, you confirm you have the right to publish that content and that it is accurate and not misleading. You grant us a licence to host, display, translate, and index it as part of the service.

We may edit, reclassify, or remove any listing that is inaccurate, unlawful, or inconsistent with these terms.

Intellectual property

The site, its design, its taxonomy, and its compilation of the catalog belong to mytradeloop and are protected by intellectual property law. Company names, brands, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

Third party links

The site links to supplier websites and other external resources. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices.
