Gates Drill

They are indicated for the preparation of the cervical and middle thirds of the root canal, compensatory wear, pulpectomy, and desobturation of root canals.

Use with the canal flooded with irrigating solution to prevent heating and dentin debris condensation. Maintain maximum rotation during insertion and removal, avoid lateral pressure to prevent fracture, and limit to one or two maneuvers per canal.

The drills are made of stainless steel and are resistant to corrosion, allowing for repeated sterilization cycles in the provided autoclavable packaging.
