The AK-4450 hygiene keyboard is a high-quality, reliable keyboard with a notebook key field and integrated touchpad. Because of its cleaning and disinfection capability, it is especially suited for use in hospitals and medical practices, food processing, equipment manufacturing, and industrial environments. The silicone protective membrane protects the keyboard against ingress of dirt and fluids, and its light key actuation with precise key guidance make it recommendable as a heavy-duty keyboard in hygienically critical environments. Scissor-key technology with open sliding bearings guides the keycaps at four outer points, ensuring excellent key guidance and haptics even with off-centre actuation. An unprotected version without a keyboard protection membrane is also available.
