AKLA Burn Dressings are sterile foam compresses pre-soaked with AKLA burn gel. Applied directly to a burn in place of water, they cool the injury, relieve pain, and prevent the burn from penetrating deeper. Open-cell foam transports additional gel poured over the dressing straight to the wound surface. A specialised 30×40 cm facemask variant with punched eye, nose, and mouth openings is available for facial burns. All sizes are single use and can be secured loosely with fixation bandage.
