PSA oxygen generator / oxygen concentrator system
The OXYMAK/NAVOX Oxygen Generator is an on-site oxygen production system using Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA), also called an air separation system. Atmospheric air (21% O2, 78% N2, ~1% argon/CO2) is fed into pressurized tanks containing zeolites that adsorb nitrogen under pressure while allowing oxygen to pass, producing a continuous oxygen stream. The complete system comprises an oxygen concentrator, air compressor, air dryer, air receiving tank, O2 receiving tank, and a filter group (bacterial filters, active carbon filter) suitable for medical use. Customers can purchase only the oxygen concentrator and source the compressor, dryer, and tanks locally, or take the full integrated system from AGK. Nitrogen generators are also available on request under the NITROMAK brand.
