ADMECO AG is a Swiss manufacturer of systems and products for operating theatres, recovery rooms and intensive care units, based at its headquarters and production site in Hochdorf, Lucerne. Founded in 1984 as a successor to Allo Pro AG, the company develops, produces and installs operating-theatre air supply and recirculation systems (AIR), surgical and examination lights (LUX) and media supply bridges (MED), and combines all three into its integrated AREA operating-theatre concept. ADMECO describes itself as the world's only full-service provider (development, production and installation) for the entire operating theatre, built around a two-zone concept that separates the sterile OT protection area from the non-sterile peripheral zone. The company employs approximately 25 people and has been part of the SCHAKO Group since January 2020.
